Tulika — Account Deletion Request
At Tulika, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Tulika account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please review the following before proceeding with account deletion:
- Download your data: You can export your mini apps and personal data from Settings > Export My Data in the Tulika app before deleting your account. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Cancel active subscriptions: Deleting your Tulika account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel any active subscriptions directly through your device's subscription settings before requesting deletion.
- Shared mini apps: Any mini apps you have shared publicly will be removed from the Tulika directory upon account deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account using either of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete from the Tulika App
- Open the Tulika app on your device.
- Go to Settings (tap your profile icon, then tap the gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
- Read the information about what will be deleted, then confirm by tapping “Yes, Delete My Account”.
- Your account and data will be queued for deletion and processed within 30 days.
Option 2: Request via Email
- Send an email to admin@tulika.ai with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with your Tulika account in the body of the email.
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and bio
- Mini Apps: All mini apps you have created, including their content and configurations
- Personal Data: Any personal data stored within your mini apps
- Preferences & Settings: Your app preferences, personalization data, and memory context
- Usage History: Your activity logs and usage data
- Authentication Tokens: All active sessions and login credentials
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for the following reasons:
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Transaction records and billing information may be retained for up to 180 days as required by applicable laws and financial regulations.
- Fraud Prevention: Basic account identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days to prevent abuse and protect the safety of our community.
- Aggregated & Anonymized Data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.
- Backup Systems: Copies of your data in encrypted backup systems will be purged within 90 days of your deletion request.
Grace Period & Account Recovery
After you submit a deletion request, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be signed out of all devices.
- Your profile and mini apps will no longer be visible to other users.
- You can cancel the deletion and restore your account by contacting us at admin@tulika.ai before the 30-day period ends.
- After the 30-day grace period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
